Graphic Designer
Experience: minimum 2 years • Mumbai / Remote (hybrid)
- Design clean, contemporary visuals for web, social media, and brand communication.
- Create visual systems for ongoing content (Instagram posts, stories, highlights, simple motion assets).
- Translate brand thinking into strong layouts, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Collaborate closely with strategy and web to execute ideas quickly and consistently.
- Comfortable working across static, light motion, and illustration-based assets.
- Tools: Figma, Adobe Suite/Affinity, basic motion/video tools
Web Developer
Experience: minimum 2 years • Mumbai / Remote (hybrid)
- Strong fundamentals in modern front-end development and component-based architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js, React, and modern CSS workflows like Tailwind, shadcn.
- Ability to translate design systems into precise, responsive, production-ready UI.
- Comfortable working with performance, accessibility, and clean semantics.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, design, and product to ship real work quickly.
- Bonus: familiarity with full-stack concepts (APIs, auth, databases), modern tooling (Supabase, Vercel, CMS), and micro-interactions.
Social Media Executive
Experience: minimum 1–2 years • Mumbai / Remote (hybrid)
- Plan, execute, and manage social media content across social channels.
- Coordinate with design and strategy to turn ideas into consistent, on-brand content.
- Write content notes aligned with brand tone and positioning.
- Manage posting schedules, highlights, and analytics tracking.
- Comfortable working with content calendars, references, and quick iterations.
- Should be comfortable with reels/video formats and platform trends.
Business Operations Strategist
Experience: minimum 2–3 years • Mumbai / Remote (hybrid)
- Work closely with founders to structure workflows, and execution plans.
- Translate strategy into action: timelines, systems, SOPs, and accountability.
- Support client work across business planning, operations, and go-to-market execution.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and building structure from scratch.
- Strong written and verbal communication; clarity of thought is essential.
- Background in consulting, startups, business, or strategy roles preferred.
